After another extremely popular and successful Couch to 5k course we are pleased to announce that we will be running the next course from September 2021.
This course is suitable for anyone starting running or returning to the sport with a friendly and supportive team of leaders and like minded runners.
The weekly programme builds the distance and length of time you are running, from complete beginner to 5k.
