We meet twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 8pm at the Marford Hall. Most Sundays also see a group going out at 8am and many members organise ad-hoc runs through the week.
Our aim is to encourage people of all abilities, including beginners, to improve their fitness, health and well being through running.
CLUB RUNS & TRAINing sessions
Each week there is a mixture of club runs at varying distances and paces to suit everyone.
In addition to these club runs there is also a variety of training sessions covering hills, speed, and interval training. There are also arranged track sessions over the winter months.
