We meet regularly twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 8pm at the Marford Hall. Most Sundays also see a group going out at 8am and many members organise ad-hoc runs through the week.
Our aim is to encourage people of all abilities, including beginners, to improve their fitness, health and well being through running.
Tuesday nights include training sessions for all supervised by our qualified coach, David Russell. We rotate through hill work, speed work, push it and recovery sessions over the course of a month, and there is always a shorter run too.
On Thursdays we organise short, medium and longer runs.
Other adhoc runs take place throughout the week and on most Sunday mornings, organised through our Facebook group.
